In-store pickup is available as a checkout option. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States and cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. All shipments are insured and sent through UPS or FedEx. For orders valued at $1,000 or more, a signature is required upon delivery. In such cases, we will reach out to arrange a convenient delivery time.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We offer flat-rate shipping fees, with free standard shipping available for orders of $200 or more. Shipping costs for in-store or phone orders may vary. Our shipping options and rates may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Standard (3 to 4 business days): $20.00
Express (2 to 3 business days): $50.00
Overnight (Next business day): $75.00
Overnight orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Weather delays and other unforeseen events outside of our control may impact delivery times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available. You can view shipment details and track it via the carrier’s website.
