If you need to return or exchange an item purchased online, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that all sale items, engraved products, and custom orders are final and cannot be returned. Engraved items may only be returned or exchanged if there is a defect or an error in the engraving. Items that have been altered or resized are also not eligible for return or exchange. If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit for the returned item's value. After the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Items bought in-store can only be returned or exchanged in-store. However, items bought online can be returned or exchanged either in-store or by mail. If you’re mailing an item back, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In cases where you receive a refund, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your total.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom pieces and personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit. Note that original shipping, handling, and any additional charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
